Sams services really look after you. I attended from the UK for lense replacement and front crown replacement. You have a translator with you at all appointments and will help you with anything else you need. The surgery was painless and the clinic was very professional and efficient. Deniz reassured me on what's app prior to arriving and when I arrived she was messaging to ensure everything was OK. Tourak the translator was great aswell and he goes above and beyond what is required. The hotel is nice...there are bars and restaurants 15mins walk down the road. I would recommend this company
From being collected at the airport, everything was good, I chose a different hotel initially as I couldn't fly out on the days suggested, unfortunately the hotel didn't have any swimming pool or rest areas outside, I asked if there was any chance that I could be moved to the original hotel and they moved me without any problems. The first day of surgery, I had my eyes thoroughly tested on about 6 or 7 different machines by the professionals. I was then taken for a blood test and prepared for surgery, during surgery I felt a slight bit of discomfort but other than that, it was good. I had an eye patch to cover my eye, went back the next day to have the eye checked.The doctor was happy with the results & told me that it couldn't have gone any better, I was then prepped again for the second surgery, and the same procedure, I was given several lots of eye drops to be administered at different times of the day.I have just come back from my final check & had my eye covering removed.My eyesight is a little out of focus but that is to be expected, the doctor said that it should come back to normal after about one week.I'll repost when my eyesight has settled down, overall, everything was handled professionally and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam Patient Services to anyone

I came to have Gastric Bypass surgery with my friend. After a nice welcome at the airport, they took us to the hospital. Our room was ready at the hospital and they gave us a big room as we were 2 people.Our doctor came to our room, met us and answered all our questions. Gastric bypass surgery is more expensive than sleeve surgery. The doctor performed sleeve surgery for my friend instead of bypass and SAM paid the difference immediately.3-4 hours after the operation, they started us to walk. They gave all the necessary medicines.One day later, they gave us a device to do breathing exercises.Every day the doctor and sam team came to visit.On our last day, they gave us protein powders, vitamins and medicines for free.We were discharged from the hospital and went to our hotel in a nice car again. All Uk customers please be aware and ensure you have done your research correctly. I have been Clinicton Customer since November 2023 I had 13 teeth removed and 8 implants installed including 24 crowns. Initial service is very good they will chase you and ensure you have made payment etc. However i have had major problems with my surgery after care and just very bad service în general. They have perfomed surgery and WITHELD information regarding ny CYST and INFECTION in the upper jaw. I was in extreme pain and agony as implant was inserted în the infected area and not treated properly. First time I stayed 8 days. Returned to Uk only to still experience major swelling and pain around the infected area. They tried to make a fool out of me by telling me that I have chewed something. Finally I got some sense from Meltem and i Returned after 2 weeks for 2nd surgery and I stayed 5 days. I was give 3 sets of antibiotics and I was sent home. Returned to Uk and finished all my antibiotics guess what pain and swelling still here. Returned in February 2024 for my crowns and once again my 3rd surgery was done. Nothing has Ben resolved I Returned in July 2024 and despite all efforts to resolve the issue Clinicton have started to ignore me. I have been In total 34 days în Turkey taken time off work lost out on Wages etc. Now I still have issue with area that was infected as treatment was not done correctly, surgeon malpractice . I have tried to work with Clinicton to resolve this issue but în 7 months They have changed 8 staff which is rather apauling. I will not accept any comments from Clinicton team you had time to resolve this issue and you have failed. Clinicton management should be ashamed of all actions taken and tried to make a fool out of me. Pain and agony for 7 months is not acceptable. I have also arranged for Lawyer to take appropriate action and report this issue to Turkish Ministry of Health

After many years of reflection and more intensivelyI researched gastric sleeve surgery with Dr. Tufan Ergenc decided. From the initial contact to the operation and afterwards everything went perfectly. Everything is really well organized from start to finish. The hospital is very modern and well-kept, the nursing staff are always attentive and really take good care of you. The perception of pain is different for every person. I had pain after the operation, but I was helped with appropriate painkillers so that it was alleviated as much as possible and I was able to get back on my feet. The aftercare after the operation is also GREAT, the nutritionist and the nurse are always available to answer any questions or concerns and I think that's great! The most difficult hurdle was the flight back home after 3 days postoperatively, but even when I got home, I received further advice directly by phone. You will be provided with medication for several months and you will be in regular contact with the nurse. Today, 3 months after the operation, I am very happy that I made this decision.

ERGENÇ.I would like to describe my story and my success in more detail because I would have liked to have read something like this before the operation: I flew to Izmir alone because I always like to do everything alone. Looking back, that was a bad idea, I wouldn't do it again today and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The days after the operation were horror for me. I didn't have any classic surgical pain like after a cesarean section or something like that. But I had so much pressure in my stomach (because you get bloated for the operation, in layman's terms 🙈). Because of this pressure, I felt like I couldn't breathe. Every breath was heavy, every sip of water felt like I was suffocating. I was lying there in Izmir in a top hospital with excellent care and felt terrible. Everyone was very nice, but I was just sad about my situation. I felt like a failure who couldn't even drink water.Of course I was feeling better physically by the time I left, but mentally I was a heap of misery. When I got home, I could hardly drink for another two days. On Sunday (5 days after the operation) I was able to drink 2 dl of water for the first time. From then on I felt a little better every day. I was still struggling with my thoughts and emotions, which I suddenly could no longer regulate with food. Physically I felt better every day. Mentally too, but slower. As soon as swimming was allowed, I went to the indoor pool 4-5 times a week for 20 minutes. That was my salvation! Swimming helped me regulate my thoughts and emotions. I was able to relax and switch off. Without having to force myself, after 8 weeks I got up every morning at 5:30, brushed my teeth and went swimming (about 5 times a week and only 30 minutes each time) without thinking. Me, who has been a sports person for as long as I can remember.As a joke and because swimming was somehow no longer such a challenge, I registered for a short-distance triathlon on January 5, 2024. From then on I trained for triathlon and this July I completed my first triathlon! I'm super happy. I still have moments where I would like to eat my feelings away, but I'm working on that!I don't want to show how great I did everything. But thanks to this operation, I had to and was able to take care of myself and my psyche over the last year.I could only eat a little anyway. So I didn't have to fight against hunger like with all the stupid diets. I just had to make sure I was eating healthy. I had time to take care of myself, without setbacks, without feeling like I had failed again.You often hear: “The operation doesn’t involve operating on the head.”Yes, that's true, but I finally had time to take care of my head. To learn to love myself again, to accept myself again. I had time to educate my inner voice and am not constantly in this self-destructive hamster wheel - diet, exercise, failure, self-hatred, pick yourself up, diet, exercise...I admire every person who can do it alone! Unfortunately, I couldn't do it all alone. But I did extremely well. I kept the promise I made to myself before the operation.“If I do the operation, I’ll do it right! I will change my lifestyle. I had breast surgery, previous implants taken out and a breast uplift. From when we arrived Pelin and Bilge the coordinators were so welcoming and attentive nothing was too much trouble and they made sure my time in hospital and the week afterwards was good. They checked in on me everyday at least once a day and if I needed anything they would bring it to me in the hospital/hotel.My surgeon Dr Omur Evan Yilmav was very knowledgeable and although he is Turkish and I am English there was no language barrier he understood all of my concerns and questions and he explained to me thoroughly of what was going to happen and everything to do with my healing process afterwards. All in all I have had a very good experience with JFS and I would highly recommend their services.

Good morning, my friend and I had a negative experience, the surgery was not performed properly, the assistance, not even the translator, only came for one day and then they abandoned us for just three days. Then they took us to the doctor's office. doctor where we asked some questions but he seemed annoyed they removed the drains and sent us to the hotel and until we left we didn't see anyone between we left the assistance...but the most serious thing when we got home we spent another 1500 euros for massages and dressings, and the result is not there, I have a back deformed by liposuction and full of bruises, abdominoplasty but my belly has remained as it was, the very ugly scar... and my friend says the same, disappointed and dissatisfied and little.Having said that, don't trust this zero clinic.Also because in the photos if you look at those who have the surgery done afterwards they have the same underwear and is it possible for you? They do a photo shop for me.This is me after 6 months of surgery

I had such a great experience with Clinic Turkey!! I can’t say enough great things. My coordinator was so organized and amazing in the moment i got there she made me feel very comfortable and safe travelling so far for my surgeries ,Everything was just so easy to follow and I didn’t feel lost at any point. From my airport pick up on the first day I arrived, to my airport drop off on my last day - everything was seamless. I can’t say enough great things about my doctor! I am so satisfied and ecstatic with my results, Dr Senol Durukan is truly one of the best. He knows exactly what he is doing and so confident, I loved his energy. My experience in the hospital was so lavish. Even tho there was a language barrier with the nurses my coordinator was there for me 24/7 she was post and pre op , I was honestly very surprised with how well I was treated and taken care of, you don’t get that kind of treatment in London unless you’re a celebrity quite honestly! My hotel was great , The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful, My after care coordinator has also been amazing! They’re answering all my questions and concerns and I just feel very confident in them. It’s scary going oversees for a procedure, but clinic turkey!! made is so great! I would 100% recommend them to all my family and friends!

Aftercare is so awful or should I say lack of aftercare. hermes is a awful company to use stay well away hospital used fultly equipment resulting in me needing another surgery but hermes DONT care. Also add extra cost and are awful at responding to sort problems out. Hospital was dirty blood on walls and bed not much English internet is awful they just make you sit around all day and night not telling you what's going on ect.STAY WELL CLEAR OFF HERMES!!!P.S Hermes loves to delete bad feedback so will be reporting this everyday!
Hermes dental clinic ..!!!! The story is specifically about the clinic in the city of Izmir, Turkey. When I applied for the creation of implants, I had to pay more than £500 in advance and the galley fee for the agreed work was £5,600. The price included transport and a private hotel room. Upon arrival in the city of Izmir, we were met by transport to the hotel. but then there was already the first surprise-! the hotel room was a small room with 2 beds and a broken toilet door. One small room sleeps 2 adult men, although we pay money for a separate room. Then the next day I arrived at the Hermes dental clinic, I was met with the next surprise 🤯 the price increased from £5,600 to £8,400, which I was naturally surprised and angry about. of course, I was not ready for that price change and refused the service. The only thing that was offered was to make a temporary prosthesis which cost £460 and as a result I have spent £1260 together with the plane tickets and got a temporary prosthesis with which you cannot eat or drink hot drinks 🤯 plus another terrible experience with a hotel where you live in one room a stranger. a room where you can't close the toilet door..!!! I do not recommend Hermes dental clinic Izmir Turkey to anyone...!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Experience was great from start to finish, was picked up from airport and taking straight to hotel on time. Staff were friendly and welcoming catered to my needs. Very happy with the overall experience.
10/10 experience. Went to have my rhinoplasty done and I am so glad I did it with them. Dr Fatma was my surgeon and she did what I wanted and more Im very happy to have come across this clinic and Im also happy my results and expectations were satisfied!
