I’ve recently attended Maxx clinic for rhinoplasty and a breast reduction.I spoke with a lady via WhatsApp, who organised everything and arranged our stay in a lovely hotel which was done so fast and efficiently.When we arrived at the airport we was greeted by translator Derya and transporter Berke and Instantly felt welcomed by both of them.Derya was just amazing, possibly the friendliest and loveliest woman ever.As soon as we got to turkey, we went strate to the hospital for bloods and an x ray, then transported to our hotel.The following morning I was booked in for my surgery 9am.Which I was picked up for first thing in the morning by Derya and Berke and transported back to the hospital. Here I was to meet my surgeon Dr Rehber Marsil to discuss what I wanted doing, I genuinely can’t recommend Dr Rehber enough he has got to be the best surgeon in turkey. So down to earth and just an all around great guy, super cool too!After meeting Dr rehber, we read and signed over all the documents, paid and went down for surgery.Unfortunately my partner was getting another procedure done so was unable to come with me however Derya stayed with me leading up-to my surgery and wheeled me down, she reassured me and kept me at ease.Woke up from my surgery in my room and again Derya kept me company until my partner come back. In August 2024 I began to look more intensively into the possibility of sleeve gastrectomy. Unfortunately, the trigger for this was negative comments from my own family because I suffer from obesity. I had never really thought about it before because I was too scared of the operation and imagined the worst.In August I started my research, initially in Germany, but quickly discovered that the prices there are significantly higher than in Turkey. I then contacted three clinics in Turkey. In all cases, the preliminary discussions took place with the assistants or supervisors.Finally, I decided to have a sleeve gastrectomy in Antalya at Clinics United because Fatma in particular convinced me with her experience, clear statements and her friendliness. The entire organization and planning went smoothly and we were able to quickly arrange an operation date for October 6th, 2024. Before the operation, a comprehensive medical check-up was carried out, which included lung x-rays, blood samples, cardiac and abdominal ultrasound, a pulmonary function test and the anesthesia consultation. Everything was well prepared and the hygiene even met German standards, if not better.The staff was always on hand day and night if anything happened. Super great team.The operation itself took about 30 minutes. My doctor, Dr. Erdem Cem Yardımcı, came to visit me every day, and Fatma was also with me every day. Even after my return to Germany, I am not on my own - Fatma is still there for me at all times.I am overjoyed that I chose Clinics United in Antalya. The care was excellent and, in retrospect, I should have had the operation earlier. Fatma you are the best.

Evelyne was my companion as soon as I made the decision to do this surgical procedure. She answered all my questions so that I was completely reassured.As soon as I arrived at Antalya airport, a driver came to pick me up with water because it was summer.Evelyne took over and all the logistics were very precise for all the pre-operative examinations then the day of the operation until my descent into the surgical room and then my dream.In fact Evelyne is present throughout this treatment which lasts three days.The medical and paramedical team is very cheerful, friendly and accessible.The surgical procedure is limited, clean as well as the efficiency of the Nurses in changing the dressings....It is a very professional, competent and human team.Despite the length of their day, everyone takes the time to listen to your questions and their visits to the room are regular.The room is individual, excellent cleanliness and cleaning is done very regularly.Evelyne is the conductor. She has surrounded herself with professionals who are very involved and invested just like her.

It was my first time ever in Turkey and so there was obviously a lot of excitement surrounding the upcoming operation. I was greeted very nicely at the airport by Serkan and taken to the clinic. There I met Ayşe, who took care of everything else with Serkan. You could always reach them and ask anything; they translated at the clinic, which was a great relief.My operation went well, the doctor was very competent and came to visit me every morning.Afterwards I spent a few more days in a hotel, here too we were taken to the hotel and also to the airport when we left. I am very satisfied - therefore full 5 stars.

I have recently had a gastric sleeve at AYT Clinic medstar hospital. My Dr was Dr Turkay, he was absolutely amazing. He made me feel so calm as I was very nervous. Fantastic care from the moment of landing in Antalya, Olivia has been outstanding always there with any questions from my worries. The care in the hospital was by far more superior than I would have ever received back home in the UK. The nurses and my surgeon we're nothing but amazing. I cant describe how amazing they've treated me. Im 5 days post op and A full care package has been put in place for me along with medication and paperwork to go home with. I had the full backing of the NHS for my gastric sleeve before I came here to have this done. It's a scary thought having major surgery in Turkey when you hear of such horror stories but I can assure you this isn't the case, put your trust in AYT Clinic and take that leap. I had a great experience with my laser eye surgery although the accommodation could have been better. The hotel I stayed in didn’t seem to cater specifically to those having surgery, nor were the staff helpful or accommodating to those who were staying there for surgery in particular. It was hard to sleep at night after the surgery as my room was next to the stairs/elevators that were echoing, and the walls were thin on both sides so this kept me awake a lot through the night.Batuhan (my coordinator) was very helpful, friendly, polite, and respectful as were the rest of the team. My surgeon, Dr Selim Guldiken, was amazing and it was a swift procedure with great recovery. I can’t thank them enough, and would definitely recommend them for whomever is hesitant on going over for laser eye surgery
