Hello, I had an abdominoplasty as well as a diatasis done with doctor Okan and everything went well, I am very satisfied and the follow-up is very good.
I've experienced nothing but professionalism and top-notch customer service from members of this organization. Starting from airport pick up, daily communication, thru the way that all my medical procedures were explained in details ( I had 3), to the post-op follow up and care. The doctor and her team, tho awfully young, expressed their medical dealings in a very experienced and professional manner. Being an aerospace engineer, I asked very detailed questions. They were all answered in thorough and comprehensive ways. Translators are always available, always prepared. Coordination between clinics and doctors was outstanding. I kept receiving instructions for every next day by late afternoons. My chauffeur was 100% on time and very friendly. Hotel, tho 2 stars lower standard than in US was super clean with well disposed staff. Breakfasts were awful. Ever auto-shutting off lights on corridors-annoying. But a great location and a cleaning lady smile compensated for these downfalls. So far: the results, price, doctor's attitude, and transport/ organization were the factors i don't regret choosing Estevien. But what would make me go back or recommend this clinic to others is the customer service 'after'. Extremely friendly, positive and easy to communicate with individual named Souhir makes sure you're satisfied and healing well after procedures are long finished!. It's been almost 3 weeks and she still texts me asking about any pains, follows up on me using recommended products, often asking for pictures of my wounds. In general, it's a well organized group of doctors and administrators that will make you feel comfortable and welcome.
I would not recomand this clinic to anybody .On 28 August 2024 I had paid for liposuction 360, abdomen , back and legs , tummy tuck and bbl.When I first talked with the consultat , named Zain , he was very nice and gave me a lot of trust .I saw doctor Okan only 2 mins while he was drawing me before surgery . He asked me only how I want my butt . That s all . I haven t seen him after , never .After surgery I felt very very bad and they did to me blood tests and they said I need blood transfusion, but will cost me 800€ extra .Back to the consultat Zain , I asked him back home if there will be any complication with my surgery that will be extra fees? And he said “no m’am everything is included , don t worry “.When they told me about blood transfusion and that I have to pay I showed them the conversation with Zain , but they denied everything .I was begging and crying for my life and a nurse told me if I don t pay to call 911 so an ambulance to come and pick me and transfer me to a hospital which is not private .The checks in hospital are made by another doctor named Mohammad . He is nice .The girls that are around Mr. Okan and you see them on Instagram , they are very rude .The follow check up is a joke . They don t get back to you .But the 1* is for my results . My butt is a mess . The liposuction on my back is also a mess . I have a lot of fat left on back . The scar from the tummy tuck is very weird .If I was happy with my results I wouldn’t leave this review , but all experience was very bad .Stay away from this clinic !
Don't even think about going to this clinic to get your breasts done, it's the biggest nightmare of my life, they didn't even deign to repeat their disgusting job. 2 years of stupid replies to my messages. my breasts before surgery. was much nicer. plus the huge scars left by the silicone. On the other hand, the shape is disgusting. . The nerve is hit when you press straight. How. like an electric shock. Only. Terror made the halo disappear; I didn't feel anything for a year. So they didn't even get smaller.
My wife lost over 110lba naturally and dr okan did her tummy tuck and bbl and 360 lipo, th e results so far 2 months in are incredible! We are coming back to see him in few weeks for her breast implants. We are from canada & the traveling is worth it!
I loved the whole experience starting drone airport welcoming people , coordinators,nursing staff and doctor as well. I highly recommend this hospital.
